We exist to encourage the leader.
Across the world, we encounter leaders who have an unquenchable passion to see their communities change one life at a time. But it is a lonely road. The road is crowded with need and clamour, and the leader often has nowhere to turn to for like minded fellowship with other leaders who share that passion. We provide that support by bringing those leaders together; leaders who will have great empathy for each other. They will have an in-depth and a very personal knowledge of the costs and trials (and blessings, too) of leading a work of God, and the toll it takes on life and family.
We will learn from each other and from God and urge each other to continue despite the many setbacks, knowing that we are contributing to the kingdom of God.
We help leaders feel less alone.
