Chief Executive Officer
Anthony
Anthony has been our CEO since 2003. Passionate about empowering people to live to their fullest potential in Jesus, Anthony is always looking for people who want to be change-makers. Compassion for those that are hurting is a main motivator for him, mixed with the desire to see people find hope and renewal in God, regaining the power of choice to change their own situations. Having lived in Africa, that continent is in his blood and he fiercely fights for the right of a child to have a fear-free childhood. Rachel
Admin & Compliance Officer
Rachel has been our Administrator & Compliance Officer since 2019 and is based in South Wales. She's passionate about providing effective infrastructure that serves individuals and communities worldwide, freeing them up from administrative headaches so that they can focus more fully on their God-given ministries. Her heart's desire is to fulfil her wide-ranging role with joy, connecting people to the resources they need and providing simple solutions to complex regulatory problems.
Beth
Mobilisation Consultant
Beth has been part of the team since 2021. Her role is to support potential volunteers in the process of discerning where God is calling them to serve. She loves to connect volunteers with our teams across the world so that visions and hearts can be shared.
Judith
Prayer Warrior
Judith was delighted to join our team in 2024; she is passionate to see people living the reality of Jesus’s words, “He came to give us life and life in abundance” and believes that prayer is the key to this. She desires that, as believers, we stand together in agreement and intercede for those who need the transforming power of God to be set free from the pain of brokenness into living lives abundant in joy, peace and love. Judith’s role includes sharing prayer requests, updates, testimonies and details of prayer meetings to those involved in our prayer networks. She also coordinates and builds those networks of believers who commit to pray.
Wayne
Wayne has been providing member care for our various partners for some time. He regularly meets with many of our workers on a pastoral basis, checking in with them every month or two. He doesn't have leadership responsibility for them but he creates a safe place for folks to check in with someone who can listen and pray with them outside of any other responsibilities. Sometimes, people will talk with Wayne about something they don't know where else they can work it through; other times, he's a safe place where people can practice a conversation before they approach their leaders.
Member Care
Janie has faithfully served as our accounts manager since 2019. Her patient and meticulous approach to all manner of financial tasks has been a great blessing to us as we collectively serve people and groups across the world. Friendly and welcoming, she makes handling financial queries straightforward, removing barriers so that our partners can focus on mission.
