SEBASTIAN & MARIANA
Sebastian and Mariana are a missionary couple leading Tutt’uno, a vibrant outreach initiative in southern Italy that uses football as a bridge to connect with young African immigrants. Their vision is to create a space where these young people — many of whom arrive from Tunisia and Libya without documentation or support — can find belonging, purpose and the hope of knowing Jesus personally. Through sport, they foster integration, build trust and lay the foundations for multicultural house churches.
Each week, Tutt’uno offers structured football training, language and vocational workshops and mentoring opportunities. Monthly gatherings provide space for storytelling, encouragement and community celebration. The project also engages families, schools and volunteers, weaving a broader support network that nurtures both personal growth and spiritual exploration. Their approach is deeply relational, inviting friends and relatives into open dialogue and shared experiences.
Looking ahead, Sebastian and Mariana aim to form a regional football team that embodies unity and belonging, whilst also expanding their reach to include women and children through inclusive sports activities. They are committed to training new Christian leaders and strengthening the dreams of those they serve.
