My name is Grace Cuvi, and I am a Third Culture Kid born in Ecuador, raised across Bolivia and Argentina. Growing up, I was immersed in the teachings of God, involved in church and ministry activities from an early age. I pursued education at Word of Life Argentina, where I felt a strong conviction to dedicate my life to serving the Lord wherever He would lead. I started serving with Youth World as an intern, soon after becoming a full-time staff member.

Currently, I hold the responsibility of overseeing the Short Term Teams department in Quito, collaborating with 13 ministry sites throughout Ecuador. My role involves nurturing relationships with our local partners, facilitating connections among leaders, mentoring interns, and serving as a cultural, spiritual, and linguistic bridge for Short Term Teams.

I am passionate about strengthening communities, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and empowering others to fulfil their missions in service of God.
